If you choose the dojo Seishin-Seii on Helmersstraat 140 in the Hague you can follow the absolute beginners class. Learn about the history of Aikido, philosophy, basic techniques and how to fall. All ages from 6 years and up are welcome. The "eminence grise "Francisca van Leeuwen Sensei is 81 years old and still can work with big guys. On the photo she let herself being thrown by her grandson 4 years at that time.
Absolute beginners class will take place on Mondays 18.00--18.45. Beginners can also follow the early in the evening classes and the Saturday morning class 10.00-10.45
