Monthly payment to the dojo

The monthly donation to our foundation has to be paid every month, also during summer. Do not consider this donation as fee for the classes but as a contribution to the dojo as a whole, including rent. The highest donation is standard. We give a discount of €5 for people who earn less than average. See schedule below.

If you have an "Ooievaarspas" show it to Francisca van Leeuwen.
Aikidoka 12 years and older can train as much as they want in the classes that meet their level.
Youth 7-12 years can train twice a week.

Subscription fee

Once only € 12,50
Everyone who comes for the first time pays this subscription fee.

Annual contribution to the Dutch Aikikai Foundation

Our dojo is associated to the Dutch Aikikai Foundation, just DAF. If you train with us you have to pay them a contribution every year even when you enter the dojo later in the current year.

• 18 years and older € 30,00
• Students € 15,00. Hand over a copy of your student pass to Francisca van Leeuwen when you are entitled to this discount.

Suit

We have a little stock with appropriate suits, size 120-140 for €40, 150-up for €50. Ask Francisca van Leeuwen for this suit. Ooievaarspas keepers up to 18 years old can apply for a suit for free from the Stichting Leergeld. 

Payments to our Foundation Seishin-seii

Please transfer subscription fee, monthly payments, first annual DAF contribution, payment for the suit to:
Banknumber 7541563 in the name of Stichting Seishin-seii, Den Haag.

Clearly state:

• *for which student the payment is made
• *what kind of payment it is (subscription fee, first DAF contribution, suit)
• *for which coming month the payment is meant (monthly payment)

You have to pay the monthly contribution one month in advance. (For example, you have to pay your monthly contribution for March before 1st March.)

Take notice: the first time you transfer the DAF contribution to our account above. After that we arrange your membership of the DAF. The second and following times you have to transfer the DAF contribution yourself to accountnumber 9475591 of the Stichting Aikikai Holland Den Haag, giving notice of our dojo Seishin-seii Den Haag, the name and date of birth of the aikidoka we brought in. Of course in January each following year.

*If you are an adult you are in the categorie "regular".

Term of notice

We have a term of notice of one month. In other words, if you hand in your notice in April, you still owe us the contribution for May. For more information on giving notice, download the general terms and conditions at the bottom of this page.
